I went to the long established Chinese restaurant Ishingo in Ginza! They are famous for their nikuman, a steamed bun with meat filling. You can only eat the homemade nikuman at the Ginza store! There is a generous amount of fillinf that has a miz of pork and seafood, that one hand is not enough to hold it. It is light in flavor but still rich, as well as hot and juicy! A dish that is lavishing!
