Today, i went to Maruya head store. I realy like Hitsumabushi and i always eat one once i come to Nagoya. This time, i ordered a superb Hitsumabushi. The surface is crunchy and soft inside, a special sauce soaked into the rice. I also recommend to eat them in different way, which make is even better! I went there around 16:00 and it's realatively empty without waiting in a line! I was waiting in a line for over 1 hour when i went there around lunch time so i recommend you to go there not for lunch time or dinner time.
