Brother Bird is a new adorable dessert cafe in Singapore, with their new combination of donut and soft-serve flavours in a rotational basis. The mochi donut served warm due to it being fried until crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, coated with caramel and dust with kinako and almond crunch. The soft-serves are butter cookies and taro, the combination is unique yet tasted amazing! Say goodbye to waffle and ice cream, this is indeed a new kind of my dessert!
