Self Bleach Your Eyebrows
I ordered the JOLEN Cream bleach for 700yen online on Amazon. Apparently the model Takechi Shiho loves this product too!
It comes with a powder 7g and a cream 28g with a palette and spoon. It may seem small but you can definitely use this for a year. Just eyeball the amound onto the palette and mix! If you need more just make some!
Your hair will bleach in about 7 to 10 minutes! If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to use more cream! I ended up using alot of powder, but you can use half the amound I used!
